For many years we bought St. Ives coffee at our local Publix, until they stopped carrying it, so for the past year we've been ordering it online. We've shown brand loyalty over 35 years to a succession of very good all-occasion coffees--Dunkin' Donuts, Melitta, Eight O'Clock Columbian--but none of them has been as good overall as the St. Ives Columbian Supreme. It combines depth and richness of flavor with an exceptional smoothness and mellowness--the coffee equivalent of a fine, moderately aged Bordeaux. Since we've been buying directly from St.Ives, we've been very pleased with the online selection, pricing, and speed of delivery. This coffee is one of the best parts of our day.

I purchased this order as birthday present for my brother. In the comments box for the order, I asked if possible, can you please include a gift message, if so, it should say the following... I expected them to cut and paste my text onto the invoice much the way Amazon and other vendors do, and didnt think much more about it.

My brother called later in the week to say thanks (great, prompt shipping by the way!) and said he loved the card. What card? I asked.....

Come to find out, the great folks at St. Ives had used a very nice high quality stationary and an envelope, and hand-written my message to him!

I was so impressed! It was a great little added touch to a beautiful gift basket, which included a wonderful selection of coffee and tea!
